Who we are
Truly Care Inc. provides property management, caretaking, and general contracting services for commercial and residential properties on Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts. You can reach us at (508) 627-0819 or office@trulycareinc.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the estimate form, call, email, or text us, we receive what you share: typically your name, phone number, email address, the town your property is in, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
Basic technical records. Our website hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These logs exist for security and to keep the site running, and we do not use them to identify you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
- This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
- We do not send marketing email lists. If you contact us, we reply about your inquiry.
If we ever add a tool that changes any of this, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare your estimate
- To schedule, perform, and document the services you hire us for
- To keep normal business records, including invoices and project files
- To meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements
When we share it
Only when the work requires it:
- Service providers that keep our website and business running, such as our website host and the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox
- Trade partners and subcontractors, limited to what they need to do their part of your project
- When the law requires it, such as a valid legal request
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal, tax, insurance, and warranty obligations. When records are no longer needed, we dispose of them.
Your choices
Ask us any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email office@trulycareinc.com or call (508) 627-0819 and we will honor your request unless we are required to keep a record, for example for tax or contract purposes.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or system can promise perfect security, but we keep what we collect small, which is the best protection there is.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
